Directions of use..

*Apply after cleansing with our foam me up shampoo. (Ensure your client lashes are dry)

*Apply vitamin Neutralise if required using micro brushes and wait up to 3 minutes (optional)

*Allow Biotin Primer to dry (use sparingly)
